  • Full Name and Learner Reference Number (LRN)
  • Official DepEd Email and contact information
  • Academic performance and attendance records
  • Grade level, section, and specialized program enrollment

The information collected is used solely for institutional purposes:

  • Provision of digital credentials (SIS, LMS, Google Workspace)
  • Monitoring academic progress and career development
  • Official communication and emergency response
  • Compliance with Department of Education (DepEd) reporting requirements

3. Data Security & Storage

LNHS employs robust technical, physical, and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, or destruction. Digital data is stored on secure, encrypted servers managed by the ICT Department and authorized DepEd platforms.

4. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the student's stay in LNHS and for a period thereafter as required by the DepEd's records management and archiving policy. Once the retention period has expired, your data will be securely disposed of.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, and to erasure or blocking of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO).
